Since 1999, the coffee roastery has been processing green coffee from all over the world and creating well-balanced blends. With great skill and patience, the master roasters bring out the very best in every bean. Over the years, fair partnerships – and even friendships – have developed with coffee farmers.
Since 1902, the Lemke Marzipan Manufactory has been producing high-quality almond products and the finest marzipan in the heart of Berlin. As a specialist in premium ingredients, the company has been supplying patisseries and connoisseurs worldwide for generations. Traditional methods and the finest ingredients guarantee an incomparably rich and authentic flavour.
Since 1831, Mampe has been a true Berlin institution and the city’s oldest spirits brand. Known for its white elephant logo, the distillery is renowned for spirits steeped in history and full of character. With great attention to detail, it crafts handmade liqueurs and brandies that offer a modern and delightful take on Berlin tradition.
Since 1918, the family-run business Rausch has been synonymous with the finest chocolate craftsmanship, made from pure, premium cocoa. Deeply rooted in Berlin, Rausch uses only the finest sustainably grown cocoa beans to create melt-in-the-mouth treats. The highest quality and a passion for the craft make every piece of chocolate a special experience.
Since 1921, the family-run business Schilkin in Berlin-Kaulsdorf has been perfecting the art of spirits production. With its legendary ‘Berliner Luft’, the distillery has created a true cult classic that embodies the fresh taste of mint and Berlin’s zest for life. Traditional recipes and a deep connection to the region characterise the work of the master distillers.
