Our festival beer is honey-coloured, with a lovely, fine-pored head in the glass. It has a malty aroma with pleasant herbal notes from the Saphir hop variety. On the palate, it is fresh, yet at the same time has a distinct malty residual sweetness and a slight warming sensation from the alcohol. The bitterness is subtly restrained, allowing the malty flavours to take centre stage.
